VALCHROMAT

Valchromat is engineered panel made of wood fibres coloured in the production process. The fibres are impregnated with organic colouring agents and bound to one another by a special resin. Non toxic, moisture resistant, and fire resistant. I use clear matt lacquer for finishing (second image).

PARIAN PORCELAIN

Parian is a self-glazing body, extremely translucent and ideally suited for light forms. It allows the light to radiate softly with a warm glow. The light form is slipcasted and fired to high temperature to allow it to vitrity fully.

VENEER

These are examples of available real wood, finest quality veneers that I would recommend. I think they work well with the Valchromat. However there are many more veneers commonly available and I will gladly use veneers of your choice. I will only use FSC™ Certified products.
